Kid's Yoga

Calling all kids ages 4 and up! We're doing yoga!

 
Lauren will lead you through a 30-minute kid-friendly yoga practice for all levels.

Please remember to bring your yoga mat!

Caregivers are encouraged to practice along with us but do not need to register (please try to limit to one adult per kiddo to help with spacing but no one is gonna come and getcha if two of you join us!).
